Every year, MPCS selects a person or group to honor at Games of Acadiana, and this year we are excited to honor Caregivers! Like the supporting actor in a movie, the caregiver of a cancer patient also plays a major role in all phases of cancer treatment. Caregivers are rarely spotlighted, but every cancer patient will tell you their caregiver(s) have immeasurable value. No amount can be put on the sacrifice of time and energy involved in care taking. And for that reason, we are proud to honor Caregivers this year!
