2017 Wellness Schedule



GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Yoga- promotes physical health through guided stretching and focused breathing (1hr)

Pilates and Toning- consists of two 30minutes sections: weight training and core exercises (1hr)

Letís Dance- a fun, alternative way to get moving and have fun, no experience or skills necessary (30 min)

Circuit Training- class set up with stations of exercises, training major muscle groups, 30 seconds at each station, including warmup and cool down times (30 min)

Pilates Express- focuses on core muscles and balance (30 min)

Toning Express- weight training class working various major muscle groups (30 min)

Healing Dance- an outreach program by Clare Cook Dance, creative expression through movement, connecting mind, body, and spirit in a joyful environment with friends (1hr)

Walking Group- in preparation for our annual fundraising event, Camelia Crossing, clients of the Wellness Center go for a stroll through River Ranch in October and November (45 min)
