Oven Roasted Chickpeas

Most of us are familiar with humus, the delicious blend of chickpeas, tahini, garlic and olive oil.  But did you know that chickpeas also make a delicious AND healthy snack when oven roasted?  Toss a can of rinsed and drained chickpeas with a little olive oil and your favorite spices and roast in the oven for a crunchy, yummy, protein and fiber packed snack.  They are great all by themselves or can add a nice little crunch to your salad.  Click here for a great recipe!
