Green SmoothieJuly is already here and we are definitely feeling the summer heat!  This month, we are focusing on going green with our smoothies.  "Green Smoothie Goodness" we call it.  If you have never added greens to your smoothie, you are missing out on tons of phytochemicals, vitamins and beneficial digestive enzymes.  Green smoothies make a fantastic breakfast on the go, a superb snack, or a rejuvenating post work out pick-me-up.  Give it a try this July.  Go Green to get lean and mean!  ( ;
