Replacing Refined, White Flour with Whole Grains  

Examples of Whole Grains:

Wheat & Bulgur (cracked wheat)

Oats (including oatmeal)

Brown & Wild Rice

Rye & Barley

Buckwheat

Millet

Quinoa

Corn (including popcorn & cornmeal

This month, we are focusing in on Plant-Based Main Dishes.  That's right, we are going meatless!
