Pilates & Yoga

Group exercise classes are offered in our Wellness Center by certified instructors.

Pilates:  Consists of 30 minutes of light weights and 30 minutes of core exercising.

Yoga:  Promotes physical health through stretching and meditative exercise. All skill levels are welcome!

Gentle Yoga:  Great way for beginners to learn about the restorative practice of yoga. All skill levels are welcome!
