Beginners Yoga
This 60-minute beginner-level yoga class is designed to gently support the unique needs of cancer patients and survivors. With a focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation, the class helps improve flexibility, strength, and emotional well-being in a safe, welcoming environment. Poses are accessible and can be modified to meet individual comfort levels—no previous yoga experience is needed. Come as you are and discover the healing benefits of yoga at your own pace. No experience needed.
