Circuit Training
This 30-minute circuit training class is specifically designed for cancer patients and survivors, offering a safe, energizing workout in a supportive environment. Participants move through a series of timed, low-impact exercise stations focused on building strength, improving balance, and enhancing overall fitness. Each station can be modified to suit individual abilities and energy levels. With guided instruction and plenty of encouragement, this class empowers you to move at your own pace and feel strong from the inside out. All fitness levels are welcome!
