Gentle Yoga
This 60-minute very gentle yoga class is thoughtfully designed for individuals navigating cancer treatment or survivorship. With a focus on healing, comfort, and connection, the practice includes slow, mindful movements, supported poses, and breathwork to help ease tension, improve mobility, and support emotional well-being. All movements can be adapted to suit individual needs, and no prior yoga experience is necessary. This is a safe, compassionate space to restore both body and spirit. No experience needed.
