Sit-n-Fit

Sit-n-Fit is a gentle, supportive 60-minute chair yoga class designed specifically for individuals navigating cancer treatment or survivorship. This class focuses on improving flexibility, circulation, and relaxation through seated and optional standing movements using a sturdy chair for support. Guided breathwork and mindfulness techniques are incorporated to help reduce stress, promote healing, and enhance overall well-being. No prior yoga experience is needed, just a willingness to move, breathe, and find comfort in your body. No experience needed.
