I tell everyone we know about Miles Perret and how great of an organization it is. Since we found out about it, we have felt very seen, cared for, loved, and understood. I truly feel like I could sit and talk with a few sweet ladies I met, talk, and confide in them. It truly helps me to be a part of this wonderful place. My girls love it so much as well.

Miles Perret Cancer Services had a profound impact in helping me cope with my cancer diagnosis. I found the Patient Navigation Notebook to be particularly beneficial in providing information as well as helping to keep me organized. Losing my hair during chemotherapy was a traumatic experience. The Hope Chest Room provided a wide array of head coverings which were much appreciated. Miles Perret Cancer Services was a huge source of support during my cancer journey and is an invaluable service for our community.

Miles Perret was a Godsend, providing total support from day one. I really appreciated the compassionate workers and volunteers and experienced the most amazing group of women in the Breast Cancer Support Group! I have attended many of the MPC activities available to cancer patients. Through the years my family and I have participated in the Camellia Crossing 5K and the Miles Perret Triathlon. A huge THANK YOU to Miles’ parents and family! MPC has helped so many of us!

I wish more people knew exactly what Miles Perret does. It’s so many things that cancer patients need. The wigs and caps as a woman it truly meant the world to me! I had radiation in my lungs for 6 weeks and my esophagus was fried, and I couldn’t eat any food. Miles Perret provided me with supplements drinks that I definitely couldn’t afford. They were there from beginning to end! I wish everyone knew all the different things they do for families it’s so much more than people think! Thank you guys from bottom of my heart!

I started coming to the Miles Perret Center and doing exercise. That’s where I met a core group of dear friends. The things that helped me most were the friendships I made here with other survivors.

It’s such a blessing to have Miles Perret reach out. As a mom, having a child at four years old being diagnosed with cancer, they make you feel like there’s hope.
